These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Subquest website (subquest.dev) and the game application (app.subquest.dev) (together, the "Service"), operated by [operator legal name] ("we", "us"). Subquest is an educational game for learning SQL. The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may add, change or remove features, worlds and content over time.

We store your progress so you can resume play. You are responsible for the queries and inputs you submit. We may remove content or restrict use that violates these Terms.
6. Availability and "as is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is an educational tool; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is free of inaccuracies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and termination
